Body Tech™ has been in business since 2004 and is a proud member of many professional and business associations. All Body Tech™ Professionals are properly screened with full background checks, they are required to be current with their professional licenses, and insurance.
Body Tech™ provides mobile massage spa services and follows the governing massage therapy laws.
Our Professionals bring all supplies to our clients. We practice proper draping policies, give our clients privacy when changing, and give that one on one time to each of our clients.
Body Tech™ collects information from what is provided to us from each client, applicant, and our professionals. Information is collected from our online forms, company applications, and client intake forms. Generally, the information we collect helps us respond to your requests, deliver requested services, personalize, and continually improve your experience with Body Tech™ Mobile Massage Spa Services. Your personal information, including contact information, is never shared with anyone.
Body Tech™ Mobile Massage Spa Services and our Professionals do not advertise our clients and respect each client’s personal information, which will remain confidential by and between our company Body Tech™ Mobile Massage Spa Services, our Professional, and YOU our client.
Body Tech™ is NOT a full service mobile spa/salon. We operate 100% under the governed massage therapy laws, not the governed cosmetology laws. As a mobile service, there are limitations to what types of services we can provide.
By law, as a mobile service, we can provide massage therapy, hydrotherapy, some body treatments (not body wraps), and massage facials (not esthetic facials). These laws are set-up to protect YOU, the client, from harm. As a consumer, please be aware that any other mobile operation running a FULL SERVICE MOBILE SPA is performing them ILLEGALLY and has not passed any inspections; therefore, you are at a greater risk for unsanitary conditions. In addition to charging you for illegal services, they are also subject to large fines. The only exception of a mobile full service spa/salon is a State Health Regulated mobile RV. Licensed & Insured
Body Tech™ Mobile Massage Spa Services takes great pride in knowing our licensed professionals are some the best in the profession. All of our massage therapists have completed formal training programs with state licensed and accredited schools. In addition, they hold professional licenses with the authority that regulates massage therapy in the state and county that services are being provided. All therapists are also required to complete a fixed amount of continuing education each year. Upon hiring a therapist, we complete a thorough background check and verify education, certifications, insurance, and licenses. Body Tech™ carries a separate liability insurance policy and is listed as an additional insured with all of our professionals.
Body Tech™ requires our professionals to have a positive attitude, punctual habits, professional appearance, and respectful communications. Our therapists receive additional Body Tech™ training to meet the standards we require to provide our exceptional services. Our therapists are to wear professional Body Tech™ uniforms and carry company identification during each scheduled appointment.
Reservation Requirements: All reservations that are scheduled in our clients' homes and hotel rooms need to be confirmed and finalized through Body Tech™’s Reservations Department by phone. A request for a reservation via email or online form will also need to be confirmed and finalized by phone. To schedule a reservation, we are required to pre-screen all potential clients, obtain credit card payment information, and basic driver's license information. Driver’s license information (your identification) from one person per location must be verified by one of our professionals as they contact us to check-in upon their arrival (required policy for their safety).
Hold/Confirm Reservation: To confirm a scheduled reservation, a credit card will be required to HOLD each scheduled appointment. Payment for our services will be due following each appointment. If services are upgraded/extended during the appointment, your credit card will be charged accordingly.
Hotel Rooms: If two professionals are needed at the same time, and the reservation is located in a hotel room, depending on the hotel, a suite is normally needed to accommodate two professionals/massage tables. Our Reservations Specialists can assist you in the room size needed for your reservation.
ETHICAL SERVICES ONLY: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not agree to follow our policies & procedure guidelines or pass our pre-screening process. Our Professionals follow Proper Draping Policies per each appointment.
Hotel & Residential Reservations: Reservations for massage therapy services can normally be scheduled within 24 hours. Same-day appointments can be scheduled upon the availability of our professionals. To guaranty the availability of our professionals, we advise all reservations to be scheduled with some advance notification. Later evening and early morning reservations also need to be scheduled in advance.
Reservations for Health & Wellness Clients: To qualify to receive our Health & Wellness Discounted Rates, appointments will need to be scheduled on a regular basis. For our Health & Wellness clients, we ask for at least a 72-hour notice for rescheduling.
Massage Spa Party Reservations: A two-week advance reservation is advisable to schedule a team of Massage Spa Professionals for a medium to larger massage spa party. Smaller massage spa parties with one to two professionals can normally be scheduled within 72 hours. We, of course, will consider shorter time frames depending upon staff availability.
Corporate & Events "On-Site Chair Massage" Reservations: A 72-hour advance notification is advisable to schedule a small to medium corporate event. Larger events that require a team of massage professionals need at least one to two weeks of advance notification. We will consider shorter time frames depending upon staff availability.
LMT Staffing Reservations: LMT Staffing for chiropractors and spas are no longer available at this time.
Reservations Procedures: To schedule a reservation, it is advisable to schedule with some advance notification to assure availability. Same-day reservations can be scheduled as long as our therapists have availability.
To schedule a reservation, a Body Tech™ Reservations Specialist will need to collect the following information...
- Appointment date
- Appointment time
- Client(s) first and last name
- A contact phone number per each paying client (mobile number needed from travelers)
- Location & Address
- If located in a hotel; name of hotel, room number, address, and phone number
- If residential location; address
- If located at a business location, we need the name of the company and address
- Type of services looking to schedule
- Agreement of Body Tech™’s Professional "Ethical Policies"
- Credit card information to hold a reservation
- Driver’s license information for verification upon our Professionals arrival (name on license and the state)

Voicemail Response Time: Normally, we are quick at responding. Sometimes depending on the day, it can take up to an hour or two or, longer for a response if we are very busy. We welcome later evening calls; however, we cannot always respond until the following day. If you leave a voicemail after hours and would like a callback, please provide a cut off time for a callback. Depending on our schedule, we may or may not be able to call back that same night.
Payments Due: To confirm all appointments, credit card information will be required to HOLD each scheduled reservation. Payment for our services will be due following each appointment.
Hospitality Hotel & Residential Services: On behalf of Body Tech™, our professionals are required to collect payments onsite following each appointment via merchant card reader. Credit cards will be swiped and a signature is required to confirm and process a transaction. Receipts can be emailed or text.
Spa Parties: Type of payment will be determined by Reservations at the time services are being scheduled. Depending on the size of the spa party, payment can be swiped via merchant card reader or, an invoice can be emailed which will prompt for online payment.
Corporate Events/Office Chair Massage Services: An invoice will be emailed upon completion of services. Invoices are due upon receipt. A link will be provided which will prompt for online payment. Company checks are only accepted with advance notification. The mailing address to mail checks is listed on Body Tech™'s invoices and are due to arrive in the mail by the day services are provided.
Forms of Payments Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, PayPal, and emailed invoices. Company checks are only accepted with advance notification.
Gratuities: Gratuities are not included in the price of the service(s). Gratuities are very much appreciated and our professionals will receive 100% of their gratuities if collected. Cash gratuities are also accepted and appreciated! A customary gratuity is usually between 15 & 20% of the service rate.
Cancellation Requirements: Our Reservations Department must be notified of all cancellations. Cancellation fees will be charged to the client’s credit card on file. Companies scheduled to pay by check will be billed. These fees are necessary as our licensed professionals set aside that time and must be compensate for their time, inconvenience, and lost wages.
Emergency Cancellations: Body Tech™ always tries to work with our valued clients during emergency situations if we are notified in a timely manner. Cancellations that are a result from emergency weather conditions and natural disasters incurs no cancellations fees as the safety of our clients and our professionals are of the utmost importance.
Cancellation Policies for Individuals & Couples: There will be a $50.00 cancellation fee per each scheduled individual service if the cancellation is within 4 hours of the scheduled reservation, with exception of the last hour. If the reservation is canceled within one hour, or if client(s) are a no-show of the scheduled reservation, there will be a full service fee per each individuals scheduled reservation. Fees will be automatically charged to the client’s credit card on file.
Cancellations for Health & Wellness Clients: Clients who are receiving our discounted rates through our Health & Wellness Program, require a 12 hour notification to cancel or reschedule an appointment through Body Tech™ Reservations. There will be a $25.00 cancellation fee if the reservation is canceled within 4 hours, with exception of the last hour. Cancellations within one hour of the scheduled reservation, or a no-show, will be charged $50.00 that will be automatically charged to the client’s credit card on file.
Cancellations for Massage Spa Parties: Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled Massage Spa Party reservation, with exception of the final four hours, there will be a 25% cancellation fee of the reserved services. Cancellations within four hours of the reserved services, there will be a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows and cancellations within one hour of the reserved services, there will be a 75% service charge. Cancellation charges for Massage Spa Parties will be applied to the credit card on file.
Cancellations for Corporate & Event Services: Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled Company Event reservation, with the exception of the final four hours, there will be a 25% cancellation fee of the reserved services. Cancellations within four hours of the reserved services, there will be a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows and cancellations within one hour of the reserved service, there will be a 75% service charge. Cancellation charges for Company Events will be applied to the credit card on file.
Cancellations for LMT Staffing Services: Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled reservation will be billed 20% of the total amount due.
